Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. large curd cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    2 Tbsp. dill seed
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 egg, unbeaten
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Mix all ingredients except flour in a large bowl and beat well.
    Then add flour until it is not sticky.
    Let raise for 2 hours, then work and make into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
    Oil the top and let raise until double size.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
