Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. water
2 1/2 c. sugar
20 tsp. instant coffee
7 tsp. pure vanilla
1/5 vodka

Preparation

Bring water, sugar and instant coffee to boil.
Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Let cool.
Add vanilla and vodka.
Refrigerate.
