Christina'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. corn oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients. Add to pumpkin mixture.
Mix well. Add water and mix for 1 minute.
Pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans or 2 tube pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
