Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef brisket
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/3 c. worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. commercial barbecue sauce
Preparation

Sprinkle beef with celery salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place in a shallow dish.
Pour liquid smoke and worcestershire sauce over meat; cover with foil and refrigerate 8 hours, turning once.
