Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. canned salmon, drained and picked
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    parsley or chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together.
    Form into a ball.
    Roll in chopped fresh parsley or pecans.
