Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1 fryer, cooked, cooled and removed from bones
1 can cream of chicken soup (plus 1/2 can water)
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing, crumbled
1/3 stick margarine
Preparation

Spray 9 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.
Spread broccoli on bottom. (Fresh broccoli is preferable chopped in 3 to 4 pieces.)
Mix soup, mayonnaise, water, lemon juice, curry and cheese.
Pour over layer of broccoli and chicken pieces.
Melt margarine and pour over mixture.
Top with Pepperidge Farm dressing.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Can easily be doubled.
Use a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Freezes well.
