Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix and pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for about an hour, or until custard is set.
    Serve with meringue on top or Cool Whip.
