Hot Fudge Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 stick butter
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In large bowl, combine sugar, eggs and Crisco oil; beat until smooth.
In a saucepan, combine butter, water, cocoa and salt. Bring to boil and set aside.
Add to ingredients in large bowl buttermilk, flour, soda and vanilla.
Combine mixture in saucepan to mixture in bowl.
Do not use mixer after adding hot chocolate from saucepan.
Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
