Caribbean Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion
1 rib celery
1 small carrot
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 c. beef broth
2 c. pumpkin pure
1/4 c. Major Grey's chutney
2 tsp. allspice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Dice vegetables and saut in oil till just tender.
Drain off oil.
Add rest of ingredients except salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Simmer uncovered 1/2 hour.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
