Dirt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk
2 small vanilla pudding mix
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large Cool Whip

Preparation

Crush cookies.
Line dish 13 x 9 x 2-inch with half of cookies.
Mix sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth.
Add pudding mix and milk.
Beat until creamy.
Pour over cookies.
Add remainder of cookies.
Press the cookies down.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Top with nuts or crushed cookies.
Chill overnight.
