Rocks Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft margarine (part butter)
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix shortening, sugar and eggs until smooth.
    Blend dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Add raisins and nuts; blend well.
    Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes about 5 dozen 2-inch cookies.
