Quiche 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    3/4 c. chopped, cooked shrimp or ham
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Toss cheese with flour.
    Add half and half, eggs, shrimp and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.
    Makes 6 servings.
