Gary'S Famous Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground sirloin
1 lb. ground venison or ground meat of your choice
2 large onions, diced
2 large Italian frying peppers, diced
2 oz. olive oil
1/2 tsp. each oregano and basil
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cumin
2 large cans plum tomatoes
1 large can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
2 cans baked beans
2 cans white beans
2 cans kidney beans
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Brown meat in pan. Remove and drain fat.
In pan, saute onions and peppers in olive oil.
Add meat back into pan and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Add oregano, basil, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 can of water from paste can, Tabasco sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. Simmer 45 minutes, stirring often.
Drain beans (except baked beans) and add to pot. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve in bowl sprinkled with Monterey Jack cheese.
Serve with hard bread or French bread.
