Beef And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz. pkg.) long grain and wild rice
    1 lb. sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 package sliced almonds or grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice, set aside.
    Cook sausage, beef and onion, drain. Combine meat rice and remaining ingredients, except almonds or cheese.
    Spoon into lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds or grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
