Ingredients

1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 c. white sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. brown sugar
4 c. whipping cream
4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine pecans, white sugar and butter in frying pan.
Cook for 7 minutes, until dark.
Pour out on foil.
Cool.
Break into small chunks.
Combine brown sugar, whipping cream, milk and vanilla.
Pour pecan mixture into milk mixture.
Freeze in an ice cream freezer until firm.
