Sunday Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon cooked crisp
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    12 eggs
    1 c. milk
    pkg. (16 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook bacon crisp. Remove, crumble and set aside. In the drippings saute onions and bell pepper until tender. Remove and set aside. Beat eggs and milk in a large bowl. Stir in hash browns, cheese, salt, pepper, dill, onions, bell peppers and bacon. Pour into a greased 13 X 9 X 2 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
