Microwave Chicken Ragout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 broiler fryer chicken thighs and 4 drumsticks
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/8 tsp. pepper, divided
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained (reserve juice)
    1 c. hot water
    2 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 1/4 c. carrots, thinly sliced
    1 c. chopped cabbage
    1 c. celery, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Preheat browning skillet in microwave oven on High for 3 minutes.
