Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. coarsely grated zucchini
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar, oil, vanilla and cinnamon, beating 1 minute with mixer.
    Stir in the zucchini and flour. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes in a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
    Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
