Pineapple Crisp Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. Frosted Flakes (crushed to 3/4 c.)
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flaked coconut
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter (softened)
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (reserve the juice)
Preparation

Mix cereal with 1 tablespoon butter; set aside.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
