Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 angel food cakes
    6 envelopes Dream Whip
    1 c. cherries (maraschino)
    1 c. nuts
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1 tall can crushed pineapple
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    1 can coconut
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Tear angel food cake into pieces; set aside.
    Mix the gelatine in the 4 teaspoons cold water; add the boiling water.
    Stir until completely dissolved.
    Add sugar, salt, crushed pineapple and lemon flavoring.
    Set in the refrigerator until slightly jellied.
    Whip 4 Dream Whip to stiff peaks, then fold jellied mixture into Dream Whip.
    Add cherries and nuts to mixture.
