Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. canned crabmeat
1 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
2 T. melted reduced fat margarine
1 t. ground dry mustard spice
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 large beaten egg
nonstick cooking spray
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except oil.
Shape mixture into 4 patties.
Chill for 2 hours.
Panfry patties in hot skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve with rice and corn bread.
