Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice
    1 (6 oz.) can water
    4 c. fresh or frozen apple slices
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice (to taste)
Preparation
    Mix juice and water in a kettle (reserve 1/2 cup), add 1 cup apples and simmer to release juice into mixture.
    Mix cornstarch in the 1/2 cup juice and add to apple mix.
    Stir until it thickens. Add remaining apples and spices to sauce.
    Put in a pie shell and cover with second crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
