Mixed Greens Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head small iceberg lettuce
    1/2 bunch escarole or endive
    1/2 bunch romaine lettuce
    1 small tomato
    1/2 small cucumber
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large salad bowl, toss greens, tomato and cucumber. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well and pour over salad.
