Fat Free Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large potato
    2 slices fat free cheese
    2 T. fat free sour cream
Preparation
    Cook potato in microwave oven for 6 to 10 minutes. Slice potato lengthwise into 4 quarters. Scoop out the inside. Lay a half piece cheese over each potato quarter. Put in toaster oven and toast as if it were a slice of bread. The cheese should melt over the potato quarters. Dip in fat free sour cream. Serves one.
