Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
    2 envelopes Lipton onion soup mix
    flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 to 1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Heat skillet with oil.
    Flour the roast and brown quickly. Put in heavy pot with boiling water. Sprinkle soup mix on top
    of roast. Simmer covered on top of stove approximately 2 hours or longer.
    Check and add hot water as needed.
