Baked Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 large garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
16 medium-sized clean clam shells
black pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except shells together until well blended. Stuff shells.
Keep a small amount of crumbs on the side and moisten them with olive oil.
Sprinkle these over the tops of the stuffed clams.
Place in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for about 16 to 18 minutes until the tops brown.
