Pastry Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cool water
Preparation
    Mix flour, Crisco, sugar and salt with fork or pastry blender. Beat together vinegar, egg and water.
    Add this mixture to flour mixture.
    Stir until evenly moistened.
    Form into a ball and chill about 15 minutes.
