Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium pan cornbread
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. green pepper
    1 large onion, diced
    2 to 3 c. chicken broth or turkey broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) or cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    sage to taste
Preparation
    Crumble cornbread.
    Saute celery, onions and pepper.
    Add broth to crumbled bread.
    Add undiluted soup; mix in.
    Saute onion.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Season with sage, ground sage, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Do not make stiff.
    Use enough broth to give enough moisture to cook.
    Add beaten egg to dressing.
    Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 until dressing is done.
    Stir while baking.
