Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. oil
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 stick pepperoni, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix in oil. Add water and knead, about 3 minutes.
    Add pepperoni.
    Knead until no longer sticky.
    Let rise for 1 hour.
    Beat down and put in 2 greased loaf pans.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
