Broccoli-Cauliflower Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 can Cheddar cheese soup or shredded Cheddar
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
Preparation

Cook broccoli and cauliflower as directed on packages.
Drain. If using the soup, mix soup with vegetables.
If using shredded cheese, layer vegetables with cheese.
Place (or layer) in a 2 1/2 to 3-quart buttered dish.
Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers, using a fork.
Place cracker mix on top of vegetables and cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
