Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, boiled (9 large)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water in Dutch oven until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mash until smooth.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper and butter.
    Beat until smooth. Place in Pyrex, greased lightly.
    Storage time:
    2 weeks.
