Meal In A Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped and drained
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in a large skillet until brown, stirring to crumble.
    Drain.
    Arrange potatoes and onion over beef.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Spread corn and tomatoes over onion and cover and cook over low heat 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
