Mock Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 large egg
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. low-fat granola cereal, with or without raisins
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Have ready a pie plate or six 2/3 cup capacity ramekins or custard cups.
Put butter in pie plate or ramekins to melt.
In a medium bowl, whisk egg, milk, sugar and melted butter until blended.
Stir in granola.
Pour into chosen containers.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes for pie plate, 25 minutes for ramekins or until pudding is no longer liquid in center. Check by inserting a knife and pushing some pudding aside. Pudding should jiggle slightly when gently shaken.
Serves 6.
