Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. stale bread
    4 c. hot milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Remove crust; cut bread in cubes and soak in milk for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Mix well and strain.
    Dredge raisins with flour and add to bread mixture.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Pour in a buttered or caramel lined baking pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
