Ultimate Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    2 Tbsp. sour cream or yogurt
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 c. cooked broccoli
    4 hot baked potatoes, split
Preparation
    In saucepan combine soup, sour cream and mustard.
    Add broccoli.
    Heat, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over potatoes. Serves 4.
    Garnish with chopped sweet red peppers if desired.
