Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. flour
8 oz. cottage cheese (small curd)
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/2 to 2/3 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour in an oblong Pyrex dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bite-size pieces.
Makes 20 squares or serves 8 to 10 as a side dish.
