Schaum Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    6 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    raspberry preserves
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients until very stiff.
    Bake in large pan, ungreased, for 1 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and let cool.
    Take top off and fill with raspberry preserves.
    Cover with whipped cream.
    Put top back on and serve.
    (Top will come off in pieces.)
