Apricot Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Russian salad dressing
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. apricot preserves
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    chicken pieces (breasts, thighs, etc., you may remove skin)
Preparation
    Mix dressing, oil, soup mix, preserves and lemon juice.
    Put chicken in shallow baking dish and pour mixture over.
    Bake for an hour at 350\u00b0 or until chicken is done.
    Very easy. Serves 4.
    You can double recipe for larger groups.
