Cold Melon Soup(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large ripe cantaloupe
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    fresh mint sprigs
Preparation
    Remove seeds from melon, peel and cut the pulp into cubes. Place pulp, cinnamon and 1/4 cup orange juice in a blender and puree.
    Combine remaining orange juice and lime juice.
    Stir in the puree.
    Chill thoroughly and serve in chilled soup bowls garnished with sprigs of mint.
