Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. corn meal
3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. melted shortening
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly; put in an 8 x 8-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
