Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) container or 1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. crushed dry roasted peanuts
    5 to 6 good cooking apples
Preparation
    Combine sugar, vinegar, egg and pineapple.
    Cook until caramelized (1/2 hour).
    Don't burn!
    Let cool for 10 minutes. Add whipped topping, nuts and apples.
    Refrigerate.
