Meatballs In Red Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

1 onion, finely chopped
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 lb. ground chuck
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. flour
2 cloves garlic, diced
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. red table wine
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. beef consomme
Preparation

Mix together first 10 ingredients plus 1 clove garlic; form into 1/2-inch balls.
Roll lightly in flour.
Place salad oil and remaining garlic in large skillet; add meatballs and brown on all sides.
