    flour
    egg
Preparation
    Sift flour
    in
    a small bowl.
    Make a hole in flour and break 1
    egg.
    With
    hands,
    work
    flour
    into
    egg until very stiff. Place on board and roll very thin, then leave on board about 15 minutes.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and slice in real thin slices. Shake
    the
    flour off and drop in boiling tomato mixture.
