Rio Grande Pork Roast - cooking recipe

4 to 5 lb. boneless rolled pork loin roast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. apple jelly
1/2 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. crushed corn chips
Preparation

Place pork (fat side up) on rack in shallow roasting pan. Combine the salt, garlic salt and the first 1/2 teaspoon chili powder; rub into roast.
Roast at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 165\u00b0.
