Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
2 large apples, cut into small pieces
3 ripe bananas, cut into slices
1/3 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
reserved pineapple and Mandarin orange juice
Preparation

Put reserved juices into a small saucepan.
Add orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and cornstarch and cook over low heat until it boils for about 2 minutes.
Pour over the cut-up fruit and cover. Refrigerate for a few hours.
