Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 zucchini, cooked
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) Stove Top dressing
1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation

Cook the zucchini and onion in salt water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream. Stir in carrots and add to zucchini.
Mix Stove Top dressing and oleo.
Put half in bottom of casserole. Add vegetable mixture. Top with dressing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
