Potato Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
    8 medium cooked potatoes, sliced thin
    3 large cucumbers, sliced thin
    1 large onion, minced
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, celery seed and salt for dressing.
    Set aside.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with part of potatoes, cucumbers, onion and dressing.
    Make 2 or 3 layers. Sprinkle top with parsley.
    Chill for 8 hours or overnight.
