Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
6 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Beat egg yolks with sugar, vanilla, salt and water until light and fluffy.
Add flour and stir in pineapple.
