Garlic And Mustard Chicken(For Four) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 ??? wine vinegar
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    fresh ground black pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    2 cloves garlic
    8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray glass dish with canola oil spray or rub lightly with oil.
    Process (food processor) oil, vinegar, parsley, mustard and garlic to a paste.
    Add pepper (and salt, if you like).
    Dredge chicken in oil mixture and then in bread crumbs. Place in pan. Bake uncovered 50 minutes to 1 hour.
