Coffee Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 pt. cream (very fresh)
    5 c. strong coffee
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place the gelatin in a medium size bowl; cover with some of the cream.
    Bring the remaining cream, the coffee and the sugar to a boil in a medium size saucepan.
    Pour the gelatin mixture into the coffee mixture; stir well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour the mixture into a bowl; let it cool, stirring from time to time.
    When cool, pour into cups.
    Yields 5 servings.
